Growing corporate transportation company has immediate job openings for experienced transportation Dispatch Agents. Company operates 24/7 and needs Dispatch Agents for multiple shifts. Preferred candidates will have extensive limousine company transportation dispatching experience and will be able to multi-task in a busy virtual environment. Preferred candidates will have experience working remotely and will have home and mobile office capabilities and skills.

Candidates will need updated mobile phone and laptop in order to be successful in this position. MS Office experience, especially Excel spreadsheets and proficiency a requirement for success in this opportunity. Main job function is coordinate and mange multiple corporate trips that take place on your shift. Will be responsible for extensive communication with clients, passengers, and drivers. Will monitor trips progress from start to successful finish. Excellent interpersonal skills required for success in this role. Ability to respond quickly to our passengers and drivers at all times during assigned shift.
